Terms and Conditions of Media-CarTec GmbH

This gives consumers the opportunity to initially settle disputes in connection with their online order without going to court. 1. Scope

1.1. Our deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively in accordance with the following general terms and conditions.

1.3. General terms and conditions of a supplier or customer do not become part of the contract even if we do not expressly object to their validity. Even if we refer to a letter that contains or refers to the terms and conditions of a supplier or customer, this does not constitute consent to the validity of such terms and conditions.

 

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

2.1. With the order, the customer submits a purchase offer that is binding for four weeks from receipt of the order by us. The purchase contract for the ordered goods comes into effect when we accept the offer in writing. Delivery of the ordered goods within the four-week period also counts as acceptance of the contract offer. For timely acceptance, it is sufficient that the acceptance or the ordered goods are sent to the customer within the one-month period.

 

3. Prices and payment 

3.1. Our prices are gross including the statutory value-added tax. They apply to the scope of services and delivery specified in the order confirmation. Additional or special services will be charged separately.

3.2. Our prices are ex works Mainhausen. Shipping costs are charged separately to the customer.

3.3. Payment is made without deduction in advance by bank transfer to the account specified by Media-CarTec GmbH or by PayPal.

Furthermore, when concluding a contract with easyCredit installment purchase, the billing address must match the delivery address. Deviating delivery addresses are excluded.

 

4. Delivery, shipping costs and delivery time

5. Warranty

5.1 Our warranty for defects in the goods ordered is 24 months from the transfer of risk.

5.2 In the event of defects, we provide a warranty, at the option of the customer, through repair or replacement delivery. If the defect is not remedied within a reasonable period of grace or if the rectification fails, the customer can either demand a reduction in the purchase price (reduction) or withdraw from the contract.

 

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
