Product activation and vehicle software installation
Make sure you are using your smartphone have a good internet connection and your Bridge is not in offline mode.
In that case, turn your vehicle's ignition off and on again.
Step by step
1. Open the Bridge app and start activating
2. Choose your purchased product that you want to activate.
3. Enter your serial number from the back of your bridge or scan the serial number.
4. If the bridge and the corresponding serial number were recognized, you can now select your vehicle.
5. After installing your vehicle, go to next step .
6. Enter your license number for your product here (e.g. Active Sound license). You can find this on the supplied license card.
7. After successfully installing the vehicle software and activating the license, you will be automatically redirected to the home screen of the Bridge App.
